Fieldfisher acted on behalf of Cenkos Securities and Nplus1 Singer on a £20 million placing for Abzena plc, with the proceeds used to acquire The Chemical Research Solution LLC.  Fieldfisher corporate partner Neil Matthews and senior associate Nicholas Heap advised.
