Fieldfisher advises Akkodis on the sale of part of its activities to Sabena technics

Fieldfisher assisted Akkodis (formerly AKKA Technologies) in the sale of its Fleet Management & CAMO, Powerplant & APU Borescope, Aircraft Modifications, and Flight Ops & OCC businesses to the Sabena technics group, which specializes in aircraft maintenance and modifications.
