Fieldfisher has added a new partner to the firm's Hamburg office, with Sven Labudda joining the corporate practice.

Sven, who joins from Luther where he co-headed the Swedish Desk, advises both national and international companies on all corporate, M&A and capital markets matters, with a focus on companies that are publicly held. He also advises German businesses on their corporate activity and investments in Sweden and wider Scandinavia, and Swedish and other Scandinavian companies investing and doing business in Germany.

Prior to joining Luther in October 2013 Sven worked at White & Case and Mayer Brown.
