Fieldfisher strengthens Brussels International Trade practice with new Counsel

European law firm Fieldfisher welcomes Agnieszka Paulina Regiec as Counsel in its Brussels office.

Agnieszka, who joins Fieldfisher from Van Bael & Bellis has extensive experience with International Trade Law, focusing on trade remedies (including trade defence instruments, price undertakings and drafting complaints both in the EU and in the UK) as well as on sanctions and export control.

She has also assisted both EU and non-EU operators with CBAM reporting. Moreover, she has been involved in assessing WTO-compatibility of the EU legislation and assisted with FTA negotiations. She has been working with governments, industry organizations as well as large multinational companies.
