Maximum residue levels set for a series of pesticides

On 25, 30 and 31 January 2014 the European Commission published three new regulations setting maximum residue levels ("MRLs") for a series of pesticides in accordance with Regulation (EC) 396/2005.

On 25, 30 and 31 January 2014 the European Commission published three new regulations setting maximum residue levels ("MRLs") for a series of pesticides in accordance with Regulation (EC) 396/2005. The regulations have modified MRLs in relation to a number of crops and some Member States have already started seeking the submission of data from authorisation holders.
