My main areas of practice
One focus is on advising technology-based companies as well as those with novel business models, especially in regulated markets. I handle contentious proceedings and advise on the drafting of contracts.
Furthermore, I have experience with liability issues in Media, Copyright and Data Protection Law of intermediaries, such as search engine operators as well as hosting and content providers.
I advise our clients in German and English.
My background
After my studies in Hamburg with a semester at the University of Cape Town, I completed my legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg with stations at, among others, the Federal Chancellery (Digital State Department), a commercial law firm with a focus on IP and IT law and at Google.
I was admitted to the bar in February 2023.
