I specialise in assisting clients in preparing and negotiating commercial contracts, including distribution, sales, purchase and franchising agreements.
I also deal with governance and compliance for both public and private companies, with particular reference to governance models and compliance programmes aimed at preventing corporate crime.
I have also dealt with M&A and legal due diligence matters for industrial clients, as well as for investment funds.
Before joining Fieldfisher I spent fifteen years at one of the “Big Four” accountancy firms where I advised on the legal issues involved in statutory accounts auditing and economic consultancy.
