Professional background

I am a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial team. I advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements and restructurings. I am especially experienced in advising clients in the technology and renewable energy sectors.

I regularly act for scaling tech companies and start-ups, as well as renewable energy developers and funders, providing practical, commercial advice tailored to clients' objectives. I also advise boards on corporate governance, compliance and risk management, and works closely with colleagues across Fieldfisher's international network on cross-border matters.

I am Fieldfisher Ireland's AI Champion and work with colleagues across the firm's international network to drive innovation in legal service delivery.

Fieldfisher Corporate and Commercial Associate Jamie Woodcock recently advised Konfir, who aim to become the standard for employment verification, in relation to their latest round of fundraising. Konfir has raised £2 million, bringing the company’s total funding to £3.6m, having previously raised £1.6m in a pre-seed fundraise in March 2022.
