I am a senior media and entertainment lawyer with a financial services background, advising studios, broadcasters, producers, developers, authors, distributors, sales agents and financiers across the industry on a variety of commercial and content issues.
I have wide-ranging experience advising on rights licensing and ownership issues, on multi-party financing arrangements, on production, development, and distribution arrangements for film and television projects, and in connection with the establishment of content production companies, as well as providing ad hoc advisory services to sector players and supporting corporate transactions in the media field.
I am also an active member of a number of industry communities, including a nominated Future Leader and Committee Member of the British Screen Forum, an ofttimes guest attendee of the British Screen Advisory Council, and a participant in PACT initiatives, maintaining a pulse on live issues within the media space.
