I have more than 25 years’ experience in originating and arranging large financings in an American bank in London, designing comprehensive and innovative solutions, solving complex issues identified in multi-product financings, analysing and improving existing financial structures.

I have led the origination, the solution validation process and the execution, optimizing financial parameters within limits set by stakeholders in each specific situation (cash flows, leverage, cost of credit, tax efficiency, distribution strategy, shareholder value), analysing and summarizing financial topics requiring subject matter expertise and communicating with both financial and non-financial audiences at all levels of hierarchy.

After the 2008 financial crisis, I arranged numerous bilateral fundings for financial institutions, and have focused since 2014 on financings and restructurings for European and American corporations.

Transactions designed and successfully executed include cross-border financing of multi-year construction contracts leading to the acquisition of large assets, asset monetization, repacking and distributing compound credit risk and contingent receivables, and restructuring leases and financial liabilities for companies in industries suffering from challenging economic conditions.

I have been a director or legal representative of several financial companies and have also provided expert witness statements in court in the United States.

My career in the financial services industry started at PwC in Paris in audit and corporate finance working on high yield capital markets issuances, carve-outs, IPOs and acquisition due-diligences for Private Equity groups.

I am an engineer in Chemical Engineering and hold an MsC in International Finance from HEC Paris.
