I have extensive experience and a strong track record assisting clients with cross-border investments – both inbound and outbound. Clients benefit from my in-depth knowledge of Chinese law, markets, culture, as well as my international background. In my practice involving mergers and acquisitions, I have helped foreign investors cooperating with Chinese state-owned enterprises, public companies, and private companies during the establishment of joint ventures, increases of share and capital, and equity transfers. As a result of my vast expertise, I have been appointed as legal counsel for several enterprises and have been entrusted with their day-to-day legal affairs and legal risk management.
I have a profound understanding and experience of commercial dispute resolution as an arbitrator of the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission. I am also an active member of several legal professional societies: I am a member of the Foreign Legal Service Specialized Committee of the Guangzhou Lawyers Association as well as the Competition & Anti-Trust Law Specialized Committee of the Guangdong Lawyers Association.
