Specialising in real estate law and financing, Javier Galán has more than 10 years of professional experience. He has advised national and international clients on all types of matters: transactions, financing, leases and complex real estate contracts.
His expertise in the real estate sector has allowed him to work with national and international funds in all types of real estate operators such as SOCIMIs (REITs), asset managers and servicers. All this has helped him to foster and create a relationship with Spanish and foreign financing entities.
Today, he combines his professional career with teaching; he is a lecturer on one of the most prestigious Masters in Law at IE Law School.
