I am a corporate and transactional lawyer with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&As), joint ventures, private equity investments, general corporate and compliance advisory matters. As a member of the firm's CIS Group, I have extensive experience in advising clients from the CIS region, including Financial Institutions, Private funds, Family offices, Fintech and tech Start-ups, and Private Businesses on various aspects of cross-border M&As, investment projects, as well as on corporate re-structuring, shareholders agreements, corporate governance, private wealth management and regulatory matters.
My extensive practice has honed my skills in navigating the complexities of various international transactions, negotiations, assessing legal risks, tailoring legal strategies, coordinating and managing legal and other consulting work, often in an international context. Known for my personable and collaborative approach, I strive to help clients drive hard bargains to achieve their objectives in cross-border deals and investment projects.
I have also been involved in shareholders' disputes resolution, advising on both litigation and LCIA arbitration matters.
