I have worked on both contentious and non-contentious matters including multi-jurisdictional copyright and trade mark disputes, complex international patent disputes, brand protection matters and IP claims involving comparative advertising and contractual breach aspects. I have experience in proceedings before the IPEC, the High Court and the Court of Appeal and have also assisted clients through the IP Pro Bono scheme.
I have a particular interest in the media, entertainment and sport sectors having previously worked in-house in two global media companies. This provided me with a good understanding of the commercial considerations and priorities of clients in these sectors and beyond.
