I act for insolvency practitioners and commercial lenders, advising and assisting them in respect of a range of issues and disputes relating to both corporate and personal insolvencies; from assisting with the insolvency practitioners' initial investigations, to running complex, multi-faceted misfeasance claims against company directors.
I also have experience in obtaining various forms of interim remedies on behalf of my clients, including injunctive relief and provisional liquidation orders.
As a result of my exposure to such a wide array of matters, I have developed a strong technical knowledge of the insolvency legislation and litigation practice and procedure.
