I am a Real Estate Finance Associate based in the Manchester Office.
I currently work with corporate borrowers, trusts, off-shore vehicles involved in multi-jurisdictional finance transactions, banks and other financial institutions on development and investment funding transactions, refinancing issues, as well as the financing and transfer of property portfolios and other related structured financing transactions over a variety of property assets.
I have experience of working with a variety of lenders including High Street Banks, Private Banks, Bridging Lenders and Investment Funds. I also have experience of dealing with a multitude of property assets Including Hotels, Bars, Restaurants and large scale development sites.
I am educated to Masters level in International Legal Practice and in my spare time enjoy cycling and being outdoors.
