I am currently working within the Solicitor to the Inquiry’s team at the Covid-19 Inquiry investigating the impact of the pandemic on aspects of the Healthcare Sector in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

My public inquiry work to date has included working within the Solicitor to the Inquiry’s team on the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry and the Infected Blood Inquiry.

I am experienced in leading teams involved in large-scale document review, project managing complex evidence gathering processes, preparing for and managing hearings, including providing support to witnesses when preparing their written and oral evidence.

I bring valuable empirical research and interview skills to the public inquiry field, drawn further from my completing a doctorate in Social Anthropology. The doctorate interrogated key aspects of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission in South Africa: set up after the end of apartheid to investigate human rights violations perpetrated by the state, it had a mandate to bear witness, offer reparation and rehabilitation to victims, and offer amnesty to those who testified.

I have also worked within the courts as a Judicial Associate in the Federal and State jurisdictions in Australia.
