I have followed merger and acquisition projects from their inception (engagement letter, letter of intent and non-binding offer) to the conclusion of the due diligence process, having also the opportunity, in recent months, to start interfacing with a sale and purchase agreement and a shareholders' agreement.
Right at the beginning of my career, although I had little experience, I was fortunate enough to work and assist in major corporate acquisitions, especially in the due diligence aspect. I mainly worked with specialised clients in the energy, technology and food sectors. I hope, thanks to this new opportunity, to continue on this path, specialising more and more in the M&A field and working on increasingly ambitious projects in the near future.
