I advise high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals, families, trustees and family offices on a wide range of international private client matters, with previous experience working in two international law firms.
I provide advice on tax residence and domicile matters, including remittance basis advice, pre-arrival planning, and international relocation. I also advise on long term onshore and offshore wealth structuring and preservation, inward investment, property ownership and structuring property purchases.
I have a particular interest in cross border succession planning and asset protection, as well as estate planning on both marriage and divorce. My practice also includes trust and estate administration, powers of attorney, and the preparation of Wills with multi-jurisdictional considerations.
I am a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and hold the TEP designation. I hold advanced STEP certificates in UK Tax for International Clients and Cross Border Estates, both at distinction.
