My remit covers all aspects of commercial dispute resolution, including contractual disputes, contentious insolvency, professional negligence, defamation, and shareholder disputes.

- Acting for a UK Plc in a £4 million dispute surrounding the interpretation of a share purchase agreement relating to a renewable energy plant.
- Advising a majority shareholder in defending a £2 million claim which included allegations of unfair prejudice.
- Advising the board of directors of a UK Plc on their duties during a period of financial distress for the business.
