My main areas of practice
I specialise in providing ongoing legal advice to national and international companies as well as management boards and supervisory bodies on all capital market and corporate law issues, in particular on avoiding liability risks and in the area of compliance.
I advise our clients in German and English.
My background
I studied law at the University of Osnabrück, where I gained additional qualifications in economics as well as English and Chinese law.
Before and during my legal clerkship at the Oldenburg Higher Regional Court, I worked for an auditing firm and international commercial law firms in the areas of corporate and compliance.
