I am a Director in the Real Estate Finance department in the Manchester office.
I have experience advising a range of clients on site acquisitions, site assembly, as well as general commercial and residential property, including property management and multi-million pound development work.
I have worked with corporate borrowers, JV partnerships, trusts, off-shore vehicles involved in multi-jurisdictional finance transactions, banks and other financial institutions on development and investment funding transactions, refinancing issues, as well as the financing and transfer of property portfolios and other related structured financing transactions over a variety of property assets.
I am a graduate of Lancaster University and BPP Law School. In my spare time I like watching and playing a number of sports and I am also a keen Liverpool FC supporter.
