I have acted on behalf of injured adults and children in medical negligence claims since 2016.
I advise and represent clients across a wide range of medical issues including birth injuries (cerebral and maternal injuries), child and adult brain injuries (including stroke and cerebral haemorrhage), spinal injuries, delayed diagnoses of cancer, amputations, surgical negligence and cases arising from psychiatric care and treatment.
I also act for families whose relatives have suffered fatal injury because of poor medical treatment from inquest through to settlement.
I advocate for clients throughout litigation in the King’s Bench Division and am experienced in taking cases to trial.
My focus is on achieving the very best outcomes from my clients, always tailored to their specific needs. This includes obtaining full compensation and, wherever possible, interim funds to ensure rehabilitation is in place as quickly as possible to maximise recovery and ensure quality of life for the injured and their family.
I also understand the importance for clients of receiving formal apology following admissions and specific details of lessons learnt and subsequent changes to practices. I am committed to pursuing legal points robustly to ensure cases progress expeditiously.
I am a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and I have published articles in PI Focus and The Personal Injury Brief Update Law Journal.
