My main areas of practice
Since the beginning of my professional career, my focus has been on copyright and media law.

I have many years of experience in the legal support of national and international film and series projects. I advise clients on film licence trading, content development and (co-)production through to the exploitation of film and television productions.

Due to my work as Head of Business & Legal Affairs, as interim Co-Managing Director of TELEPOOL and as Co-Head of GLOBAL SCREEN, I am used to looking at legal issues from a holistic, entrepreneurial perspective and, thanks to my extensive market knowledge, I have a good feel for realistic, practical solutions that take the interests of my clients into account in the best possible way. My international expertise stems from the large number of international film projects I have managed, my global distribution practice and my close cooperation with the US shareholder of TELEPOOL, Westbrook Inc.

I am a Qualified Mediator IMI. This helps me to transform conflictual issues or negotiation situations into amicable solutions.

I advise my clients in German, English and French.

Personal Engagement
I am an assessor on the board of Sternstunden e.V. - a non-profit organisation that supports projects and facilities that care for sick, disabled and needy children.

My background
After completing my doctorate on personality rights issues in German and French press law, I initially worked in a renowned copyright law firm before joining TELEPOOL as an in-house lawyer.

Before joining Fieldfisher, I spent the last six years as Head of Business & Legal Affairs, where I was responsible for all legal matters of the TELEPOOL Group, a leading film distribution company with a national and international focus, including the global distribution company GLOBAL SCREEN and the home entertainment subsidiary EuroVideo.
