My main areas of practice
In addition to strategic advice, the particular focus of my work is on litigation in complex disputes before the German and European courts.
I provide comprehensive advice on the introduction of new products and advertising campaigns, their protection against attacks and infringements by third parties and on strategic issues relating to the development, expansion and management of trade mark portfolios. This includes, in particular, registration, opposition and invalidity proceedings before the German and European Trade Mark Office, the WIPO, the Federal Patent Court and the European Courts.
I am a member of the European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA), women in ip e.V. and the Network of Multicultural Lawyers (NMKJ e.V.). I am involved in the NMKJ as a mentor.
I advise my clients in German and English.

I studied in Berlin and Barcelona. Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked in IP at a medium-sized German commercial law firm.
Before starting my career, I worked for many years in the trade mark and competition law team of a renowned Berlin law firm.
