My main areas of practice
I advise in particular in the areas of trade mark, design and copyright law and competition law. A particular focus of my work is the extrajudicial and judicial enforcement and defence of IP rights, both in proceedings for interim legal protection and in proceedings on the merits. I also advise on product launches and advertising campaigns.
Another focus of my work is strategic advice and support for brand portfolios.

I am involved in the field of learning support for children with learning difficulties.
My background
I studied in Berlin and Copenhagen. As part of my training and legal traineeship, I worked in several international IP law firms.
Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked as an IP lawyer in a medium-sized German law firm.
