I have assisted some of Australia’s largest banks and telecommunications providers to respond to and manage large-scale regulatory investigations and group litigation proceedings. This has included preparation of pleadings, discovery processes and evidence proration for hearings. I have appeared as an advocate in all major Australian courts and tribunals and am a former Associate in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
I have a particular focus and passion for public inquiry work, having assisted high-profile inquiries into veteran suicide and finance service schemes across Australia. I have experience assisting and examining witnesses before public inquiries, preparing submissions, developing document management protocols, confidentiality regimes and managing claims for privilege.
